⭕️ How does the Group Order process work?

1️⃣ You fill in the form + make payment before form submission
++The full list of specifics and details will be further down the form if it isn't in the first section

2️⃣ Items will be ordered once payment is received.

3️⃣ International Postage will be requested once the items arrive at my Korean/Japan address and are ready for postage for GOs that don't include it in the original payment
++ Postage is split based of BATCH, therefore there may be slight variations in international postage costs

4️⃣ Merchandise will be sorted upon arrival at my place

5️⃣ Emails in regards to Meet ups and Postage costs from me to you will be sent out

‼️Please note that as this is a group order no back-outs are permitted. Refunds are unable to be given once the order has been processed.

⭕️ Process for requesting GOs

1️⃣You request
2️⃣Interest Check is run

🅰️ Enough people want to order: GO is opened
🅱️ Not enough people want to order: GO isn’t opened HOWEVER, I am happy to help you order the item, it just won’t be an official “GO” as there isn’t any point in opening a form when only you would like to order!

In the case of 🅱️, items will just be bulk shipped with other GO items! I have enough GOs running/ items needing to be shipped that I tend to have a box coming monthly!
So its just a matter of you needing to wait till the next box!

⭕️ May I request for personal orders (not a GO)?

The answer is YES you may!

However it MUST be TXT related and must be items I am able to secure easily, such as:
✨Weverse Shop
✨Fansite goods
✨Certain sites (in this case please ask me to see if I am able to order)

This applies for both KOREA and JAPAN goods

Process:
1️⃣ Contact me with what you'd like to purchase

2️⃣ I will work out a quote on how much it'd be

3️⃣ If everything works out and is agreed upon I will give you a form to fill out & make payment

4️⃣ Once payment is received your item(s) will be ordered and I'll inform you that it's been secured! After this it will be sent back in the next available batch of GO items I have to be sent here

5️⃣ International Postage will be requested once the items arrive at my Korean/Japan address and are ready for postage
6️⃣ Merchandise will be sorted upon arrival at my place and emails in regards to Meet ups / Postage costs from me to you will be sent out

++Please note, for JPN goods: this will also be subject to whether I will be having items coming to AUS or not, as it will not be worth it if I will not be having stuff coming to AUS

⭕️ I'm not from Australia, may I still join the GO?

The answer is YES you may!

For cheaper alternatives on shipping I can also offer direct shipping from KR to you if you had opted for items that don't require sorting in the form of unsealing albums / photo books / DVDs etc.

⭕️ When is the closing date of your GO?

Every GO has a different closing date and time and is mentioned in the GO form.

Please check the GO form.

⭕️ I want to get more stuff, can I fill in a second (or multiple) form(s)?

The answer is YES you may! Please just inform me with your name and email (that you filled the form out with) and mention that you will be filling in another form so I can note it down!

⭕️ Whats the difference between joining a GO and ordering alone or in store? (i.e what'sthe benefit of joining a GO? )

Benefits
1️⃣ GOs tend to be cheaper due to a cheaper postage cost. Ordering alone will result in higher international postage costs (and comparing to current Weverse costs, international postage tends to be around double the cost or even more depending on item/qty being ordered, especially if ordering in low qtys)

2️⃣ Photocard sorting for those who opt for those who are avid photocard collectors.

3️⃣ POBs: Personally, I will try open GOs for all locations for the different POBs available, given that its within my ability, this includes the different Korean stores, China yzy withfans etc! Ordering alone will unfortunately limit where one would be able to order from as some may not be as accessible. Many in-store retailers also don't include POBs or sell them. separately instead which would increase costs of collecting!

Things to consider
1️⃣ GOs may take a while sometimes as there's only one of means multiple items!! As I, and other GOMs (this isn't just me!) also have other commitments, things may take a little while during extremely busy periods!! Purchasing instore, while more expensive would also mean its immediate!

⭕️ How does photocard sorting work?

Photocard sorting will be done on a first come first served basis based off your time stamps on joining the GO and having submit your GO form.

This will be dependent on what photocards have been pulled from all the unsealed albums which I have NO CONTROL over.

Therefore, I CANNOT guarantee that you will get your top pick.

However, I will try my best to give everyone at least someone from their top 3-4.

📌Please note: To prevent continuous editing of the form incase people change their minds, preferences are asked for in a seperate form to the original GO form, and will be sent out at a later date! This is usually after the GO closes!

⭕️ Can I change my preference for the album to be sealed or unsealed?

The answer is YES!! However there's a few underlying conditions:

SEALED ➡️ UNSEALED
You must inform me via dm or email LATEST the date it arrives.

UNSEALED ➡️ SEALED
You must inform me via dm or email LATEST by the date the GO closes.
This is to ensure there is enough time for communication as dms/emails can easily be missed, so any last minute requests will be hard to make as I can easily unseal a sealed album, however I cannot seal an album back up after it has been sealed.

For either occasion, please contact me with the following details:
1️⃣ GO name
2️⃣ Name you filled the form in with
3️⃣ Email that you joined the GO with

⭕️ I am concerned if the money was sent to the correct account. How do I confirm it has been received?

As long as I don't personally contact you, you may assume that payment has been received without an issue.

If there was an issue with payment; such that the wrong amount was received or no money has been received, I will contact you ASAP via email.

⭕️ What does the transaction description that you've asked to put in during payment mean?

The transaction descriptions I ask for you to input don't actually really mean anything on your end. Its for the sake so I am able to streamline the payment checking process/if I ever need to revisit and double check it.

My transaction descriptions usually just " [your initials] // [an acronym that I've come up for that specific GO]"

Please do input the transaction descriptions that I ask for you to in the forms. Not only does that make it easier on my end when I'm checking through a lot of payments, but it also prevents my account from getting flagged (especially in the case of PayPal).

⭕️ PAYPAL: What is g&s (goods and services) and how does it work?

Goods and services is essentially buyers protection. However this will cost an extra fee on top of the prices listed in the GO forms.
If its you're first time joining a GO with me and feel unsure/unsafe I am happy for you to pay via g&s.

HOWEVER YOU ARE TO COVER ALL FEES YOURSELF.

The fee is an extra 2.6% PLUS $0.30 of the TOTAL cost.
If you are unsure of how to calculate the fee, please use a paypal fee calculator on google.

If you continuously fail to cover g&s fees I have the right to decline you from joining my GO.

⭕️ PAYPAL: How do I chose whether to pay via f&f or g&s?

You may make the selection once you're on the final confirmation page right before sending the money.

⭕️ How long does it take for orders to arrive?

Merchandise tend to arrive to Australia 3-7 days after shipment, however the actual shipments of merchandise have been delayed due to the current covid-19 pandemic.
Unfortunately I have no control as to how long things get delayed for if delays do occur.
However from experience, merchandise tend to take up to around 1-2 weeks in total to arrive to Australia.

⭕️ How much does international postage cost?

Unfortunately I cannot give an accurate estimation on how much international postage will cost since postage is ultimately dependant on the size and weight of the final parcel/box.

The only thing I can say is based off previous experience and what I have seen, postage can cost anywhere from 2-25 USD PER album/item dependant on how many orders I recieve and how heavy/bulky the item is.

FOR ALBUMS:
A safe estimate for your standard album these days would be approximately around 10AUD.

FOR LIGHTSTICKS:
Based off previous experience it cost around 10-15 usd per lightstick!!

⭕️ How do you pack items for domestic postage?

In general:
All orders will be packaged with adequate protection (in general approx 2-3 layers worth of bubble wrap in a satchel). Please note, I hold no liability over damage due to transit, therefore, if you think 2-3 layers of bubblewrap isn't enough, please let me know when it comes to domestic postage payment.

Poster tubes will also be available if posters come unfolded.

Items that are small and thin such as PCs, PC holders:
Plastic pocket & thick cardboard.

Magazines:
Bubblewrap and Cardboard

🚨Please note🚨
For soft items (such as plushies) or clothing items, they will be packaged without bubble wrap and be just put into a satchel by default as they're soft and won't get damaged from being thrown around in a satchel

⭕️ How much does domestic postage cost?

Similarly to international postage I CANNOT give you an accurate quote of how much it will be until I get my hands on the merchandise myself and measure/weigh and pack the item(s).

Postage usually starts from $9.40.

++WARNING FOR MAGAZINES:
Magazines unfortunately can be quite costly sometimes! As letters only allow for a maximum of 500g, sometimes there will be the situation of:
🅰️ The magazine is normal A4 sized and can FIT as a letter but WEIGHS too much and will have to be sent as a parcel. In this case, postage often comes down to around $13AUD

🅱️ The magazine is under 500g but is too BIG to be sent as a letter. Once again, in this scenario, the magazine will have to be sent as a parcel which often comes down to around $13AUD

⭕️ Can items be held onto and shipped together if I have/will join multiple GOs?

The answer is YES!
HOWEVER some underlying conditions:

I only am willing to hold items for 1 months as per my t&cs (unless I have told you otherwise that I am happy to hold on to your item(s) for longer, but this will require prior consultation with me!)

Therefore, these GO item(s) you wish to combine postage for must arrive within the 1 month hold period unless a prior agreement has been made!

If you'd like to have items held onto to bulk post to you, please contact me with the full list of GOs you wish to combine.

Holds will not be accepted without a proper reason.

⭕️ May I combine postage with my friend?

The answer is YES, you may!

Please email me back once I send out domestic shipping costs with the following information:

1️⃣Full list of names who's items are being combined, including yours!
2️⃣List of all the GOs you are combining items for

I will email you back with the new postage quote of the items shortly after when I get a chance to!

⭕️ Why isn't my tracking number working? / Why is it coming up as pending?

There's a few possibilities as to why it may appear as pending:

1. Due to an influx of parcels that auspost needs to post off, the parcel may still be on stand by and hasn't been scanned through yet

2. Auspost tracking system isn't working properly; A system error on their end

3. Auspost just didn't scan your parcel through; there has been many instances where they won't scan the parcel through until the parcel arrives at the final sorting facility in your area

Unfortunately there's nothing I can do about it in these circumstances and you'll just have to patiently wait.

⭕️ How do meet ups work?

There will be at least 2 meet up dates offered (a week day and weekend) until items are all given out!
